People first.
Business forward.

I build the people systems that help organizations grow with clarity, operate with confidence, and bring out the best in their teams. My work connects the human side of leadership with the realities of the operation—and turns that connection into measurable results.

From frontline reality
to executive counsel.

My career began close to the work—in communities, remote operations, and high-stakes environments. That grounding still shapes how I lead: listen first, understand the operation, then build people practices leaders can actually use.

Photographs provide geographical and professional context; they do not depict my actual teams or confirm employment at the locations shown.

2002—2008

Start with people, wherever the work happens

In Peru’s Amazon and mining regions, I led workforce health, social development, and local hiring initiatives. At Glencore, I helped recruit and integrate more than 400 local workers through community partnerships—work that taught me the value of trust, access, and a real seat at the table.

Lead at scale across Latin America

At Yobel SCM, I led a 12-person HR team supporting approximately 2,500 employees across six countries. At Boart Longyear, I led HR for more than 800 people in Peru and Colombia’s mining operations—connecting regional people strategy with local labor relations and operational needs.

Make complexity practical for leaders

As an independent HR and operations consultant, I advised organizations in mining, healthcare, government, manufacturing, logistics, and technology. I worked across policy, labor risk, organization design, recruiting, restructuring, and workforce planning—turning findings into workable action.

Deliver measurable impact in U.S. operations

At Dynamic Integrated Security, I led multi-state HR for 260+ employees across six states. With retention analytics, manager coaching, and employee-relations work, voluntary turnover fell from 38% to 16%; benefits and vendor reviews delivered approximately $505,000 in annual savings.

Not HR at a distance.
HR in the work.

I translate strategy into practical systems, then stay close enough to the operation to see whether those systems work for the people who depend on them.

01 / LISTEN

Start with the actual work

Understand the workforce, pressure points, and culture before prescribing a process. I have led and supported teams in manufacturing, logistics, mining, security, healthcare, and field operations.

02 / DESIGN

Build systems people can use

Turn policy, compliance, talent, and compensation needs into clear roles, repeatable processes, capable managers, and a better employee experience.

03 / IMPROVE

Measure what matters

Use practical analytics to improve retention, strengthen controls, reduce risk, and help leaders make decisions with confidence.

Practical HR advisory and people development for growing businesses, operational teams, and mission-driven organizations in South and Central Florida and Latin America.

HR strategy & foundations

Turn growth into clear roles, consistent processes, and better people decisions. Advisory can cover organizational design, workforce planning, policies, compensation structures, and practical HR indicators.

Leadership & team development

Help managers translate good intentions into everyday practices. Focused workshops and team sessions explore communication, collaboration, feedback, and socio-emotional skills.

Well-being & organizational culture

Listen to the employee experience and turn findings into priorities. Support can include well-being initiatives, team dialogue, performance routines, and measures that help leaders track progress.

Safety culture & everyday behaviors

Bring the human side of safety closer to daily operations through awareness, leadership conversations, and shared responsibility. Engagements focus on culture and behavior, with scope tailored to the workplace.

Program in development

Organizational Happiness Program

A structured approach to understanding well-being and building healthier organizational relationships. The program being developed connects life satisfaction, subjective happiness, and emotional experience with practical action at work.

Designed for businesses and faith-based organizations

The framework draws on SWLS, the Subjective Happiness Scale, and PANAS. Language adaptation and comprehension review are in progress. Development activities explore compassion, forgiveness, reconciliation, and kindness.
